My entire career has been spent representing the underdog. I learned early that insurance companies have no heart, no soul, no conscience–only a bottom line; and anything that gets in the way of the bottom line (like my clients injury claim) is their enemy. I stand between the insurance company’s greed and pursuit of profits and my client’s legitimate injury claim. I am the insurance company’s nemesis–its worst nightmare. That is how I view what I do and like it. I am David, they are Goliath.

After being injured in a car accident, I wasn’t sure where to turn. I was referred to Andy Busald and couldn’t be more grateful. Not only was he kind & knowledgeable, but he was readily available and always answered all of my questions. He made such a stressful time in my life go as smoothly as possible. Andy even continued to fight for me after we settled with the auto insurance company to be sure that my medical bills were managed in the best way possible. I am so thankful that I hired Andy to represent me and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great attorney.
