Gregory M. Erpenbeck

Mr. Erpenbeck is a partner on the firm’s personal injury & civil litigation team. Greg’s primary practice area is personal injury, with an emphasis on wrongful death, trucking wrecks, and catastrophic personal injury claims. Greg also represents defendants in personal injury litigation. He regularly practices in Kentucky & Ohio.

Greg earned a degree in Business Administration from The University of Kentucky in 2008.  He earned his J.D. in 2011 from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law.  He has worked for BFZ since 2008, first as a law clerk and now as a partner on the firm’s civil litigation team.


Greg’s practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death claims, including motor vehicle collisions, tractor trailer wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, premises liability claims, pedestrian injuries, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, distracted driving crashes and other injury claims.  He has over a decade of experience defending insurance companies and has since dedicated his practice to exclusively representing injured victims.
Greg has extensive experience litigating claims on both sides of the river.  He regularly practices in Kentucky and Ohio in state and federal courts.
Greg and his wife, Anne, reside in Northern Kentucky with their two children.

Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from The University of Kentucky in 2008. Greg earned his J.D. in 2011 from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

Mr. Erpenbeck is a member of the Kentucky Justice Association (KJA); American Association of Justice (AAJ); Northern Kentucky Bar Association (NKBA); Kentucky Bar Association (KBA); Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA); and American Bar Association (ABA). He serves on the Board of Directors at the Northern Kentucky Bar Association & has been nominated to serve as an at-large member of the Kentucky Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Executive Committee.

Greg and his wife, Anne, reside in Cincinnati with their daughter.
